Together with my team from Down Under, I am looking forward to seducing underwater lovers with our new menu. Each course is dedicated to the underwater theme, with unconventional dishes inspired by the season. A generous 5-course surprise menu with treasures from the sea to share is served. All dishes contain fish or seafood.

The dishes are surprisingly combined, some of them raw with international influences, fresh and light. The menu is accompanied by matching wine and can be rounded off with a hearty dessert.
