The idea for the pop-up came about during a short trip to Paris in 2022. Together with two restaurateur friends, I explored the city's culinary offerings. We were particularly impressed by the menus, which presented fish and seafood in an innovative yet uncomplicated way. This inspiring experience was the impetus to bring the concept to Zurich and create “underwaterlove”.

Since then, we have been serving an exclusive 5-course menu focused on fish and seafood on several evenings every spring and fall.
