The topics of the courses reflect just some of my culinary passions. In my courses, I want to encourage technique, an uncomplicated approach to recipes and individual creativity. The courses are suitable for beginners as well as professionals. At the end, there is always a brilliant Tavolat with wine to enjoy together.
