Helsinki visits - A Nordic dinner

This March we invite you to a very special culinary experience: "Helsinki visits" - two exclusive dinner evenings where we bring Nordic cuisine to Zurich and Winterthur.
Together with the Finnish chef Jenni Tuominen, I am creating a menu that combines tradition and creativity. We are inspired by the variety of flavors in Finland and bring them to the plate with our own signature. And the best part: Jenni brings some surprises straight from Helsinki!
Culinary highlights of the dinner evening
The dinner experience begins with an aperitif and a selection of Finnish snacks, preparing guests for a taste journey. Afterwards, a multi-course Tavolata dinner awaits you, combining Finnish specialties with contemporary, creative interpretations. Selected wines and matching drinks are served. The crowning conclusion is a tempting dessert that perfectly rounds off the culinary journey.
