The Finnish top chef Jenni Tuominen, known among other things from the renowned MAD-Chef TV format, and I are working together to bring the authentic flavors of Finland to Zurich and Winterthur. Together we successfully ran the pop-up restaurant “La Plage” on the Finnish island of Mustikkamaa in 2018, and we are now offering this culinary experience in Switzerland for the first time.

Culinary highlights of the dinner evening
The dinner experience begins with an aperitif and a selection of Finnish snacks, preparing guests for a taste journey. Afterwards, a multi-course Tavolata dinner awaits you, combining Finnish specialties with contemporary, creative interpretations. Selected wines and matching drinks are served. The crowning conclusion is a tempting dessert that perfectly rounds off the culinary journey.
